distributor https://apps.fs.usda.gov/arcx/rest/services/EDW/EDW_IRR_01/MapServer/1 dataset Data entry is accomplished by authorized Forest Service personnel through a web application behind the U.S. Forest Service firewall and is restricted by access requirement protocols. Further data checks occur during data migration, where certain fields such as ETL_MODIFIED and EDW_INSERT_DATE are populated with valid information. Data is accurate up to the publication date and attribute domains are valid values from Natural Resource Manager (NRM) Forest Activity Tracking System (FACTS). Generally the source information used to record spatial locations are from: 1) on-screen digitizing with a georeferenced topographic or image background; or 2) GPS field collected positions. Data from an Oracle Activity view with Project type like IRR is joined to the spatial NRM FACTS Activity points based on SUID. Polygons are duplicated for each record coming from the Oracle view.
