Abstract: Official Boulder County Zoning Districts as defined in Article 4 of the Land Use Code and Municipal boundaries drawn from recorded annexation documents. Every property in unincorporated Boulder County is zoned. A zoning district describes the types of activities or land uses that may take place on a particular lot. It also determines the maximum building height and minimum setbacks from property lines. This dataset is updated when Rezoning applications are approved or when annexations are recorded.
Purpose: Official Boulder County Zoning Districts as defined in Article 4 of the Land Use Code and Municipal boundaries drawn from recorded annexation documents.
